VALENTINES DAY MENU

 

STARTERS:

SOUP OF THE DAY

Freshly prepared and cooked using the finest ingredients, served with warm bread

 

SWEET CHILLI PRAWNS

Tiger prawns skewered and served with a warm sweet chilli sauce

 

PÂTÉ

Chicken livers blended with cranberry, bacon and brandy.

Served with toast and chutney

 

MAINS:

PORK VALENTINE

A boneless pork loin steak with all the rind and skin carefully removed pan fried and served with a apple cider gravy Vegetable and potatoes

 

TOMATO CHICKEN

A plump Chicken breast, poached and lightly drizzled with a Tomato, red onion and sweet pepper creamed sauce Vegetables and potatoes

 

LAMB CASSEROLE

Tender pieces of slow cooked lamb with new potatoes and vegetables in a mint gravy Served with warm cob

 

DESSERTS:

Dark chocolate truffle

 

Irish cream cheesecake

 

Slow baked cherry and almond bakewell pavlova
